 SLY-3 multifunctional rail transport vehicle

The SLY-3 multifunctional rail transport trolley is suitable for the engineering department's operations in handling various types of rails, concrete sleepers, and turnouts stored alongside the railway embankment. This equipment is a hand-operated trolley that can be pulled and transported without any power source. The running wheels are made of nylon, and the auxiliary chain and pushing handle have good insulation properties, which do not affect the track circuit. It features lightweight, rapid track entry and exit, the ability to leave the track at any time in difficult areas such as bridges and tunnels without encroaching on the clearance, and safe avoidance of trains.

Working principle:

Rotate the crank handle, power is reduced through gears, the direction of the ratchet limits movement, transmitted to the drum, and through the guide wheel and moving pulley drives the rail hook to pull the rail closer or unload it.
